Stillness. The Ritual.

Some days move faster than your nervous system would like.

Stillness. The Ritualย is a guided breathwork practice for the moments before the plunge, or for any point in the day when you need to come back to yourself. Feet grounded. Jaw relaxed. Shoulders dropped. Nothing dramatic. Nothing forced.

Use it beside your IGLU before you step in, or play it when life feels loud and your body needs a quieter instruction. This practice helps you slow the breath, soften the body, and find control without gripping for it.

Cold is not the only place to practise stillness. It just happens to be a very good one.

BEST FOR:

Pre-plunge preparation, nervous-system downshifting, stressful days, morning reset, evening calm.

LISTEN WHEN:

Life is running faster than you are comfortable with.

A note before you begin.

These guided practices can be used before or during your plunge. Breathe calmly, stay aware, and remain within your own tolerance.

Do not force the breath, prolong breath holds, submerge your head, or push through dizziness, chest pain, confusion, numbness, or unusual shortness of breath. Stop immediately if anything feels unsafe.

If you are pregnant or have any cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, blood pressure, or fainting-related medical concern, please consult your healthcare practitioner before using cold immersion or breathwork.

Cold is a practice. Not a dare.
