IGLU THERAPY EXTENDS THE FOLLOWING LIMITED WARRANTY FOR A PERIOD OF UP TO 24 MONTHS (2 YEARS):
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
The Warranty includes replacing parts shown to have defects in materials or workmanship of any parts manufactured or supplied which includes the chiller, pump, filter and ozone generator.
The Warranty begins on the day of delivery to the customer’s address and is valid for a period of two (2) years.
WHAT IS COVERED:
The Warranty covers defects or malfunctions that arise during normal use conditions.
The Warranty covers general malfunction of the chiller, pump, filter, UV light bulb, and ozone generator for two (2) years from date of delivery. It does not cover changing of O-rings and filter cartridges.
Once you have taken ownership of your product, please contact us within seven (7) days regarding any defects or manufacturing concerns you may find. After this period, non-Warranty items will be treated as chargeable, and any repairs or replacements will incur fees.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS:
The Warranty is voided if the IGLU Therapy maintenance team determines that the original unit has been neglected, abused or altered.
The Warranty does not cover damage due to poor water chemistry, neglected filter care and replacement, freezing conditions, power outages, lack of attention to low water flow, or any other form of neglect, misuse, or abuse.
The Warranty does not cover damage to the bath shell, and all exterior components including but not limited to handles, knobs, exterior wiring, wood and fabric bath covers, levelling devices, power cords; remote controls, and LED lights. Additionally, due to the natural properties of wood, any changes or damage caused by the evolution of the material, such as warping, cracking, swelling, fading, or the growth of mould and mildew, are not covered. Wood requires regular maintenance and treatment to prevent these issues, and failure to do so by the client, may result in damage that is not eligible for Warranty coverage.
Should you live close to the ocean (i.e. 2km), sea air may affect some parts of your IGLU ice bath. Please be mindful of this as IGLU Therapy cannot be held responsible for the impact this will have on the unit.
This Warranty does not cover accidental damage, modifications, misuse, and neglect of the product; failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions for use and maintenance, fire, or water.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or components. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Product.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of South Africa.
