SHIPPING
IGLU ships to all major cities and towns within South Africa. Shipping rates and delivery times are determined by the destination and the size and weight of the items being shipped. Please contact us at hello@iglutherapy.com to obtain a shipping quote before you proceed with your order. When the e-commerce site launches, you will be able to view the applicable shipping rates and estimated delivery times during the checkout/payment process. We make every effort to expedite the processing and shipment of all orders. Typically, orders are processed within 5 business days from receipt of deposit. The shipping duration will depend on the chosen shipping method and the delivery location.
SHIPPING SERVICE PROVIDERS & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For deliveries within South Africa, we provide standard shipping via a reliable courier service, which usually takes 2-5 business days to reach its destination. In the event you need a faster delivery, you have the option to expedite shipping for an additional cost. Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of South Africa.
DELIVERY
IGLU will contact the customer to arrange delivery on any weekday between 09h00 and 16h00. No deliveries will be made during weekends or on public holidays. Reasonable endeavours will be made to deliver the product on the arranged time and date. Circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond IGLU’s control may result in changes to the agreed delivery date and time of which the customer will be telephonically informed and alternative arrangements will be made. IGLU shall aim to let you know if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
All risk in the IGLU ice bath shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the IGLU ice bath.
Please note that some of our vehicles are large. Please make sure that your property has the necessary means of access at the time of payment. Please discuss any special delivery instructions with us (hello@igluthrapy.com). While we strive to ensure a smooth delivery process, please note that delays or damages incurred during shipping are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we will assist you to the best of our ability in resolving any such related issues. IGLU reserves the right to change courier and freight carriers at any stage, which might mean changes in how delivery and tracking information is shared to the customer.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
IGLU Therapy cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
The customer must ensure that the place of delivery is accessible; the product delivered can fit into lifts, staircases or through doors and that all relevant areas have been cleared prior to delivery. This includes the removal of breakable objects. No IGLU baths will be hoisted over balconies or through windows. Should this be required, the customer must arrange this at his own cost.
The customer accepts the risk of all damages that may result due to non-compliance by customer. The customer will be charged for additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries, access problems and / or failure to adhere to appointment time for the delivery. Our delivery team are instructed not to attempt delivery where damages may occur. Unfortunately, they cannot remove doors or windows, or reconnect electrical equipment.
Should you live close to the ocean (i.e. 2km), sea air may affect some parts of your IGLU ice bath. Please be mindful of this as IGLU Therapy cannot be held responsible for the impact this will have on the unit.
Additionally, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders that violate our shipping policy or appear fraudulent or suspicious.
